Refund and Returns Policy

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours using Royal Mail.  If you require Next Day Delivery or International Delivery please get in touch for additional cost.

Alternatively all orders can be collected Free of Charge from our store in Peterhead.

Refunds

We hope that you are happy with your order however,  if you have changed your mind you can return your order at your own cost within 14 days for a full refund. 

Items must be returned unworn, in original packaging along with tags and accessories.  Once we receive the items back your refund will be processed to the original method of payment for the full cost of the item(s) returned less postage costs.

Size Swap

You can also send your item back for a size swap within 14 days.  Please get in touch with us to check size availability, once this is confirmed return the items at your own cost and we will send out the new size Free of Charge.
